- All deposits are non-refundable for cancellations within 2 weeks of camp start date.
- A cancellation fee of $25 will apply for cancellations outside the 2 weeks.
- Transfers to other camps will be offered where camps are cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control.
- Students will be credited with hours not flown due to weather as flying hours only. No Cash refunds will apply.
- Any student endangering the safe and proper conduct of the camp will immediately be withdrawn from all participation and sent home at parental cost with no refunds.
- All medical conditions must be made known to the school co-ordinator.
- Smoking, drugs, and alcohol are not permitted to be used by students on the camp.
