You must be at least 15 years old. During the week, there will be a variety of activities including 4 hours of hands on flying where YOU-YES, YOU!, will be at the controls of the aircraft from day one under the supervision of Civil Aviation Safety Authority approved Flying Instructors. There will be ground theory lectures, Survival training, Careers advice and tours to neighbouring airfields.
You will meet and have discussions with working pilots, aeronautical engineers, Air Traffic Controllers and other aviation-related professionals.
We draw our guest speakers from a bank of over 40 professionals who are dedicated to encouraging young people to "spread their wings!"
Total cost: AUD$1,150 a $500 deposit is required to secure the position (not an additional course cost)
